Following our call, you’ll complete a unique heartwork practice each day - ranging from meditation, breathwork, to somatic release - so the shift isn’t just talked about… it’s embodied.

  • Conscious Dating Reset lasts one week. There is a 2 hour 1:1 virtual session. Throughout the week, there is additional journaling and a personal heartwork activity. Expect to spend about an hour each day total on the journaling/activities, perhaps more or less based on individual journaling pace.

  • I’ve got you. This program is designed to meet you exactly where you are in your dating journey. If you’re in a single era, this is a chance to go deep with yourself to prepare for when you choose to date again. We’ll explore clearing past patterns, addressing lingering fears, & setting a foundation of self-trust going forward.

  • While I bring a female perspective, Conscious Dating Reset welcomes anyone wanting to show up and choose differently for themselves in their love life.

  • Yes - you’ll receive both a recording and detailed summary.

  • You’ll have messaging access to me from Days 2–7 for questions, emotional check-ins, or support with situations that come up.

  • No, this is coaching. While we may explore emotional healing, the focus is on self-awareness, practical tools, and forward movement. If you’re in crisis or need mental health support, please seek a licensed therapist.

  • The feedback and messaging support is available during the scheduled week of coaching (days 2-7). To get the most out of your experience, it is advised to follow your journaling/heartwork schedule so you have access to your coaching support while completing it.

    With that said, this reset is about transformation, not perfection. You’ll receive a recording of our live session & will be able to access all materials any time in the future.
